INVITATION TO BID ON CLEANING COUNTY ANNEX

The Sweet Grass County Commissioners will accept bids from interested parties to contract to clean the Sweet Grass County Annex at 115 West 5^th Ave, Big Timber, Montana.  Interested parties may pick up a description of the contract from the Sweet Grass County Clerk and Recorder’s office at 115 W. 5^thAve., Big Timber, Montana.

Interested parties should submit sealed bids to the Sweet Grass County Clerk and Recorder, PO Box 888, Big Timber, MT  59011, by US Postal Service, or in person to the Board of County Commissioners no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024.  Bids will be opened and read aloud by the Board of County Commissioners in their chambers in the Sweet Grass County Annex, 115 West 5^th Ave. at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024.  The successful bid will start the contract on July 1^st, 2024.
