Tax Information
WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE
Tax bills are mailed once a year. Notices are not mailed for the 2nd payment.
Taxes on real estate and mobile homes may be paid in two installments. If not paid by the due dates, the taxes are considered delinquent and will accrue penalty and interest.
Real Estate Taxes:
1st half due November 30
2nd half due May 31
Mobile Home Taxes:
1st half due May 31
2nd half due November 30
Personal Property Taxes: Due June 30
PAYING AFTER THESE DATES
If paid after these dates, please call our office for the additional penalty and interest that is owed. If the dollar amount is not correct, your payment cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
HOW TO PAY:
You may pay in person, by mail, or by telephone with a credit or debit card. If paying by mail, please be sure to put your tax ID number on your check or include your payment stubs. If you wish to receive a receipt, please include a self addressed stamped envelope with payment. If paying with a credit or debit card, an additional service fee will be charged.
