All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the year, make and model written on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Bids will be opened in the Board Room of the Sweet Grass County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. Mail bids to Sweet Grass County, PO Box 888, Big Timber, MT 59011 or hand deliver them to the Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 115 W. 5th Ave., Big Timber, MT. Please include your name, address, and phone number on your bid. Sweet Grass County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
