SWEET GRASS COUNTY Community Health Department is accepting applications for a full-time Community Health Worker – Specializing in Mental Health.  Applicants must have or obtain (within 1 year of hire) the Community Health Worker (CHW) training provided by MSU, training provided by Catalyst for Change, and Crisis Incident Stabilization Management (CISM) training.  The position is responsible for improving access to health care, mental health care and social services for uninsured and disadvantaged community members. Starting wage is $18.00/hour with full benefits.
