Sweet Grass County is currently accepting applications for a full-time Road & Bridge Superintendent. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of road and bridge maintenance and construction. A Class A commercial driver’s license is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months. This position requires four years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in operating a motor grader and other heavy equipment is essential. Additionally, strong computer, organizational, and public communication skills are necessary. We are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities who can thrive in a team environment.
